Nur El Ikhsan, BBM., MAMS., MBA

Nur El Ikhsan, BBM., MAMS., MBA is a result-driven KOL marketing expert, entrepreneur, and partnership professional. With more than 10 years of experience, he has helped accelerate business growth through his innovative strategies and valuable relationships. He excels at identifying and engaging with top influencers, launching and scaling startups, and developing key partnerships that drive mutually beneficial outcomes. In addition to his remarkable marketing skills, he also has an array of experience in qualitative and quantitative research.

In 2015, Ikhsan graduated from INTI International University & Colleges with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and the University of Hertfordshire with a Master’s degree in Management Studies. He then worked for multiple companies, including Grab, one of the largest technology companies in Southeast Asia, as a Market Research Specialist. Currently, Ikhsan serves as the Founder and Commissioner of Bara Imaji as well as a lecturer in some Greater Jakarta universities. (LinkedIn)

Abdul Paravengal

Abdul Paravengal is a seasoned operator, entrepreneur, and investor with more than 10 years of experience across Southeast Asia, South Asia, and the Middle East. He currently serves as the Managing Director at Pulse 63 Healthcare Ventures as well as the Co-Founder and CEO of hav. Previously, Abdul has contributed to the Indonesian logistics startup Shipper as its CFO and CBO.

As a part of Bullyid Indonesia’s Trustee Board of Directors, Abdul believes in executing multiple, impactful changes and continuously innovating. His broad knowledge in startups, especially one that focuses on physical and mental health, is pivotal to the development and sustainability of our organisation. (LinkedIn)

Yudha Permana Jayadikarta

Yudha Permana Jayadikarta has had over 20 years of experience in partnering and collaborating with multiple firms and sectors. As one of Bullyid Indonesia’s Trustee Board of Directors, he strives to create and implement sustainable action plans on our company’s programs. Yudha’s natural bias towards collaboration means that he is no stranger to planning, building, and developing diverse teams to work on programs with a remarkable social impact. He has the unique ability to merge analytics with strategy and discuss topics with both breadth and depth.

Bringing over 20 years of blended professional experience, Yudha began his career in The World Bank on social impact programs. He joined IIGF and then Amman Mineral before beginning his consulting career at a boutique firm.Yudha holds a Master of Science in finance from the University of Indonesia, graduated from Airlangga University with a bachelor’s degree in economics, and is a member of the Indonesia Renewable Energy Society. (LinkedIn)

His strategic thinking, leadership abilities, and ability to navigate complex social issues make him an invaluable asset to any organisation.
