To achieve those goals, Bullyid provide facility the name is Revenge Porn Help Center. Revenge Porn Help Center is a free service to remove revenge porn, image-based abuse, or non-consensual content. Revenge Porn Help Center might require additional personal data (in form picture, video, or other documents) to process your report pertaining remove non-consensual content.

How process we collect your data

The procedures to collect your personal data on Revenge Porn Help Center as follows:

  1. You can open the Revenge Porn Help Center service on our website and fill up the online form (include name, email adress, screen shoot and link the content of image based abuse).
  2. Upload proof of evidence, screen shoot of conversation, video, image, the provide link where your data.
  3. The data which you submit by form automatically stored in our database.
  4. We will immediately forward your report to the police and minister of communication and information department to take down or remove the content.
  5. The individual can withdraw the report only before 24 hours. After 24 hours your report and data will forward to National Cyber Department of BARESKRIM POLRI.
  6. You can wait 7-14 days to process your report, if we get information from BARESKRIM POLRI, we will inform you by email.

Your right related to personal information

  1. The right to be informed about the process of your personal data, what personal data will held, when your personal data would be shared, and how long information will be for.
  2. You have right to request that Bullyid correct any personal information if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
  3. You have right to erase or remove your personal information in specific conditions:
    1. The personal information no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was originally collected.
    2. You withdraw consent to report image-based abuse to Bullyid
    3. The personal information unlawfully processed
    4. The personal information has to be erased to comply with a legal obligation
  4. The right of the individual the personal information is about to withdraw consent before 24 hours from you submitting your report. Bullyid will process the report based on your consent.

It supports do-no-harm protocols required by national and international grants as well as complies with Indonesian Law No. 12/2022 on Sexual Violence Crimes.

Definitions

  • Harassment: Includes verbal, physical, or digital acts that create a hostile environment, such as intimidation, bullying, unwanted advances, derogatory comments, or invasive behavior.
  • Examples: Requesting irrelevant personal data from users; providing false or incompetent advice; committing disgraceful, violent, or privacy-invasive acts; online stalking, doxxing, or abusive communications.

Prohibitions

  • No tolerance for harassment in counseling sessions, app interactions, campaigns, or workplaces.
  • Experts/counselors must not perform services outside the platform, charge unauthorized fees, or engage in abusive conduct.
  • Users must adhere to content guidelines: No posting harmful, fraudulent, or harassing material.
  • Staff/partners must maintain confidentiality and report risks without retaliatory actions.
