Pasal Zina dalam RUU KUHP “Go or no Go?”
The distortion of opinion regarding Article 417 in Rancangan Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Pidana (“RKUHP”) which regulates the issue of adultery in the RKHUP has not yet come to light. The article is considered to have the potential for the community to become “Moral Police”. The article on adultery is also considered “blurry” for the perpetrators if there are no parties being harmed.
Together with Bullyid Legal Advisor, Eka Nugraha Putra and Paralegal from Jombang Women’s Crisis Center, Nova Wulandari, this webinar will discuss the pros and cons of the Article of Adultery in the RKHUP from a legal and social perspective.
