A safe workplace supports organizations in reaching new heights, from productivity to worldwide impact. Bullyid App joined hands with Water.org, a global nonprofit providing water and sanitation to those in need, in providing two training sessions on workplace violence and harassment—both for managers and employees of the organization’s Southeast Asia branch.

The sessions, which took place on September 29-30, were fully conducted online, but audience engagement remained high. From lectures to fruitful Q&A sessions, both managers and employees asked insightful questions that are relevant to their day-to-day work. The sessions were also tailored to Water.org’s workforce as a multinational nonprofit.

In particular, managers also received additional training on their role as employers. HR expert Irvandias Sanjaya, S.Psi. and clinical psychologist Olphi Disya Arinda, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psikolog, who have both partnered with Bullyid App in the past, provided insight on preventing and managing workplace violence and psychological first aid respectively. This reflects Water.org’s commitment to bringing safety to their workforce and beyond.
