On August 27, 2025, Bullyid App proudly partnered with Superbank for their internal talk show, “Creating a Safe & Respectful Workplace”. Accompanied by Superbank’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Ike Nerfita, our founder and executive director, Agita Pasaribu, shared valuable insights on creating and maintaining a safe workplace for all.

Both speakers discussed the ways that violence and harassment can manifest in professional settings. With more than five years of experience in addressing and combating online harassment, Agita highlighted the rapid growth of information and communication technology (ICT) and how it influences workplace dynamics, including its use in workplace bullying. She also emphasized the notion of “grey areas”; behaviors that may not be intended as offensive and harmful, but still create discomfort and pressure. It is important for everyone in the workplace to recognize these nuances and address them.
Notably, Superbank is not new to sustainability initiatives. With their SuperGROW (Green, Reliable and Safe, Opportunity, and Women) framework, the digital bank has consistently poured efforts into fostering an environmentally conscious business model that empowers marginalized communities. The talk show is only one of Superbank’s most recent initiatives in ensuring that their employees feel safe and included when sharing their feedback, concerns, or other issues. Further, this event provided Superbank with more insight into how they can further strengthen their internal policies, which in turn will create a healthier and safer workplace.
