Rima is a bachelor of Social Science major in International Relations. Besides having a good academic background, she has actively involved in social work since she was a student. To date, Rima is working as Executive Manager at Bullyid an NGO which focus on providing mental health and legal support for bullying and gender based violence victim. Rima loves to work in youth advocacy.

Her experience conducted international-scale Model United Nations conference, student summit, and participate in excursion, has brought her worked with many people from various nations.
